No, the website is just down as they adding something to it aswell as the game client.

if i am remember correct website(highsocer,who is online .... and more) always was off when they adding update, in normal patch website was always online

To put an end to the patch vs update debate:

A patch is generally only ever used to fix bugs. To quote the website itself:

Due to the release of new Store products and a bunch of bug fixes, all game worlds as well as the website will be offline tomorrow, August 30, from 10:00 until 13:00 CEST approximately.

I believe what it actually means is "due to bugs which were restricting the release of new store products..."

I don't know what they've changed yet, though.

Anyway, the important thing to note is that it doesn't fucking matter whether it's a patch, an update, or a flamingo playing the bagpipes.
