Resize Battle List

Right now, while you can open the battle window through the event openbattlelist, you cannot resize it just like a container.

So my suggestion is to expand the function of resizewindow() event to accept "Battle" as a parameter so we can reduce or expand the battle list size.

I don't think it's gonna be implemented since you can just resize battle window by yourself and it's gonna save it's size.
