Skilling on a paladin in pvp-e

I havent played tibia for over 3 years and started again, however the offline training feels really slow so i want to ask people what is the best way to skill my paladin which is lvl 8 now. I saw some training with mad sheep however in the pvp enforced server i play, you cant get any mad sheeps (or w/e they are called)

to start, goblins is a good choice.

On hardcore pvp server (infera/dolera) you can just make sorcerer / druid and skill on him with 2 monsters (like old style in party)
