windbot got 10x bigger possibilites than ng ever has. and learning to use windbot in the way you used NG will take max 2h, you dont even need to know lua, using windbot is the matter of thinking

It's entirely possible to use windbot in that way, but don't forget the game itself has also evolved a lot. When NG was around, exori vis was targeted and it required some pretty hefty Lua just to get the bot to face a creature and cast it. Only GFB runes existed, there was no avalanche / thunderstorm / stone shower.

The map didn't have Yalahar, Farmine, Gray Island, etc... It was much smaller.

You couldn't use items with hotkeys.

There was so much different about the game, and expectations were so much lower, you just can't compare NG with Wind. They are two entirely different beasts built for two almost entirely different games.
