Paladin 0-hero, whats the best way?

Hey guys, I'm thinking about starting a PACC paladin,in your opnion, whats the options to level from 0 to hero? For example:

0-25: Rotworms, Larvas, Tombs -1 -2, etc....
25-50: Terramite, tarantulas...
...
...

I am no hero yet but I can tell you how I leveled/botted my paladin who is currently 106.
I botted from 20-50 with Raivens edron crypt script, it was around 4k profit/h.
Hunted a few levels manually on dragons and at 60 I used a Hrodmir quara scouts script (Brad's) until level 65.
Made 75 in Muggy Plains lizards (manually, great profit).
Used Mintai (G&M) crystal spider script until 80.
Oleej's Yalahar Cults until 100 with awesome profit.
100-106 Cemetery -1. And now at 106 I will be botting Cemetery -1 until 130 and if it's taken I will bot Lich Hell to finish necro task.

EDIT: 120 atm, finished necro task but continued to bot lich hell anyways because of good loot, ~10k/h profit and 2 maxilla maximuses since I started botting here at 105.

I guess the rest is just like that (At least,thats the way i did it ). For me it took 1 month and almost a half to reach level 100. And 2 months or so to reach 130. I got 1kk+ profit from 25 to 100 at hellheim (good bonelord eye price).

What ammo should i use in these places?

Larvas -> regular spears.
from 25 till 40 you can use royal spears.
From 40 on you can use Elvish Bow + Onyx Arrows (or stay with royal spears).
From 50 on you can change your elvish bow/royal speras for Composite Hornbow , and use onyx till 70 when you get drill bolts (i'd rather use Ornate Crossbow then Arbalest,since its cheaper and doesn't have much difference between them.
Basically till 50 ~ you can stay with royal spears,but that depends on your account balance. If you have money to spend and wanna rush,i'd rather use elvish since level 20 (with arrows) .
When i hunted over there,bonelord eye price was like 7k each,so when i got 40+ i started hunting -4 and -5 with elvish bow and onyx arrows,and stayed there untill level 100.
