Oramond tower all the way, if on your server gearwheel chain costs more than 5k (NPC price) on market, you will get insane profit with good exp something like 900k/h exp with 140k/h+ profit.

Best places for profit in order:
Oramond tower > glooth bandits > banuta/hive > Seacrest (with quaras is even better than glooth bandits)
