Where To Bot MS 145

Guys, where can i bot my MS lvl 145 with exp around 300k/h or ++ and low waste or no waste?
i bot mothers cave but it's aways full and peninsula tomb (exp 250k/h ~~)
any other tips? ty

Im doing 300-350k/h with 10-20k/h at water ele but on my server im allways alone here
