New pvp system , flaws and tricks

I'll begin with some important questions :

in the %unjust system if you have 3 unjustfied kills left in your weekly counter and you participated in a pvp kill and it said that you took"30%" of the full unjust does the counter count it as 1 unjust and set it to "2 unjusts left this week"?? or it keeps it to "3 unjusts" untill you get the extra 70% in the next action ?? !!!

I have no idea.
I already tried to make 2 guilds fighting warmode and open pk to a third person and fourth person and it still not impossible.
