I come here to post my persistent is very simple:

1) you will get manapoted only when no monsters are on the screen until 90%
2 ) if some monster is on the screen the % for get manapoted is reduced to 50%
3) you can change the % until get manapoted when no monster on the screen
4) you can change the % for get manapoted if some monster is on the screen
