Hey, is possible use function openbrowser in backround?

Hi, I found this old thread and decided to ask in here with similar question.
Is it somehow possible, to disable the window that appears after using openbrowser function (the one that ask if I'm sure to open location) ?
I would like the link, to open without any manual permission from my side.
Not trying to cheat anyone, it's just for my personal use, to provide full automation.
