Scam Report: "klotharek"

This guy " @klotharek " scam me with the amount of $117.50 of $235.00 (2 payments of $117.50) for 65kk he was supposed to give me i send the money and then he say he never receive it i call skrill customer support and they dont tell me he was supposed to receive the money at any moment, NO, they tell me he ALREADY have the money this guy he never send me the first half and he keep bump his thread to scam more ppl plz mod of this forums should do something ASAP because this guy is a scam artist.

sorry about the double post is cuz my skype delete the conversations ( cuz my wife lol :x ) and i dnt have the whole conversation but as u can see theres sufficient proof to prove hes a scamer
