Hi, ive been dealing with a guy on skype called. Janson ever. He scammed me for 80 AUD. And reversed the charges.
Now in talks with paypal about seller protection as im fucking pissed. His name on paypal is Fabien Rydans. Do not trust him.
I dont need all the should have used a middleman rubbish, as this is a digital purchase there shouldnt have been any paypal charge back avalible.

What I dont understand is how they can reverse it within 24 hours? like not everyone checks their email every day so how do they give an oppertunity for the seller to post feedback?

He can claim he was robbed and that's it, money is reversed automatically. And this is why you shouldn't do these kind of deals with paypal

@RoxZin xD if the guy that scammed @redballoon is JANZ (here is a post of JANZ that shows the same skype that @redballoon said), he was not banned yet!

He tried to do it with me as well, but I sent the money to my bank account
Still, he fucked up my PayPal (since it charged back 100 euros, and I'm defintely not paying for this shit)

Abandoning your account wont do any good if you have your real name & address on it.. They will force you to resolve the negative balance by sending a bill to your home ;( Originally Posted by Maaad
Fighting a chargeback depends entirely on how he chargebacked, if he did an "Unauthorized access dispute" you're fucked - if he only opened a normal dispute saying he never got what he paid for, you can easily win it.
Please just avoid paypal unless you trust the other person 100%.
