Lightbulb Virtual Machine may be the way to go

Shouldn't it be possible running Tibia with BE on a Virtual Machine and making the bot work from outside it? I mean, it should be easy to make simple Healing bots and all using this method all you would need is image reading, but maybe even something as sophisticated as windbot could read memory from the Virtual Machine and work outside the reach of Battle Eye.
    Any opinions on this?

Yes, it's possible, but no, it's not feasible.

You don't need "image reading", you can access the memory of the operating system as it runs, although finding good addresses would be a pain.

The reason it's not feasible as a large scale bot is quite simple, whatever virtualisation technology you use will be blocked. The only exclusion to this previously was the Mac bootcamp system, which was the only way for Mac owners to play Tibia, but now there is absolutely no reason anyone would ever play on a virtual machine, so they can very easily just look at the virtual machines drivers and easily detect, block, and delete anyone who uses it.

It would be feasible as a personal project, but unless you're an experienced reverse engineer, you're gonna have a very hard time. If there were a private application, very few people would be willing to share it with random people, and if there were a publicly released one, the above would be true almost instantly.
