I'm no expert but both sets are very weak and in your place for the same money I would create better set with much greater efficiency.

Anyway, a Dekstop is, and will ALWAYS be better then a Notebook for the same price.

What you need to ask yourself is, Do you want a desktop, or a notebook? If it does not matter and you will always have it on the same time, Buy a desktop.
