Contacted Xiogurz on skype
As you can see in this thread it's his skype:

Notice, the thread was made in 2015. Tried to PM here on windbot but no reply.
If the official "Xiogurz" is legit then change your threads included with your skype name as it's obviously hacked or used by a scammer.

I got a few red flags but i ignored them as i saw the thread where he's mentioning his skype to be "www.TibiaChile.cl".

1. He said he could do the business but he couldn't enter Windbot for some reason.
2. He couldn't enter his own site.
At this point i shouold have just left it, but as it's only 7$ i thought why not as i couldn't find any scam reports on the skype and the site is basically the same and he had a thread with him saying his skype is just that.
3. Sent the money, pasted the details and he blocked me on skype.

As Xiogurz is an official reseller of windbot you guys might want to fix the threads and maybe an thread alerting people.
