    Account problem

    Good afternoon, I sent an email to the support explaining my problem about my account, I had 2 months to use the wind, but I changed my computer, and when I put my account in the new computer, it keeps giving me Account expired. As I proceed, I sent the email to 3 days ago and no response so far.

    I opened the topic more than a week ago, and I sent an email to the support even longer, summarizing I paid for a product and you are not providing the same, what procedure should I take? Because a week without any response, or that they are checking, or asking me for proof that I paid for the product you have asked me, it is getting complicated to be without support.
