Bot does not hit or loot

I am back to tibia after some time.
Im not a experienced user but i know how to use the basic functions of the bot.
im doing eveything the same way i did in the past, but the bot does not hit the target and does not loot. Only heal and covebot (movement to the waypoints) are working well.
My world is unitera and my windows is 7. Any idea about what could be wrong?

What script are you using? Do you have Targeting/Lotting enabled? If yes, does the script contain a full loot/targeting list?
About looting: Maybe you have loot only valuable bodies enabled?
About targeting: Maybe you have only if trapped enabled?

Targeting/Lotting enabled, im not using scripts, the loot list is complete and the destination is filled. I don tuse the advanced options to loot like valuable. The same way i dont use this option only if trapped. As i said i know the basic about wind bot from the past. there is something strange, maybe a conflict with another software. Im about to give up. XD

I tried to start again the bot and paid attention. The bot identify the creature and chase it but on tibia screen you can see the msg you cant use this object. I turned off the bot i used the right bottom of the mouse in a differente sqm from the creature and i had the same msg. I think the bot for some reason is not identifying the real position of cretures and bodies. Did anyone report anythingabout it? Maybe one adm could give a look.

I would like to test on my notebook but if i do that i cant use it at my pc during one week. Just frustrating. should i expect any support?

Ty you didnt solve my problem but gave me the right direction.

It was another configuration problem

My screen was set to scale some stuff to 125% like icons and it was affecting tibia or bot or both.

Anyway ty for your attention.
