Error opening the bot (Não Está Respondendo)

When I open my bot, it accesses the account, when it opens it is giving this error:
Is not answering

It's a long time. I have already botched the bot, I have already uninstalled and installed again, I have already rebooted the PC

quando vou abrir meu bot, ele acessa a conta, na hora de abrir ele fica dando esse erro:

Fica muito tempo. já atulizei o bot, já desistalei e instalei de novo, já reiniciei o PC

I used the "operating system restore" for a few days and went back to working. I do not know why, but it's a temporary solution.

I've raised a discussion here but nobody identified properly the error.
I'm also tried revert the system restore without successfully.

For last try I formatted my computer and now is working fine.
Because I waste more than 5 days in troubleshooting trying fix the issue.
