    Question A problem..

    when i complet transaction with my credit card, i didnt receive no one email with the confirmation and my account, few hours later.. continue free.

    have new version windbot ?
    i download and installing beta 68, wind addons lauch clint says msg client unsupported.

    I think the bot hasn't been updated to the latest Tibia client yet, not certain though.

    You bought from a reseller? You need to contact them, not us. If they don't respond we have a duty of care to yell at them, but until you've contacted them directly, we can't get involved.

    Lucas is the only person who can deal with these issues so I've raised it with him. I agree that 3 days is a long time to wait, but when did you raise the support request with him? The whole process should be managed over the next couple of days now. Don't panic, your product will be delivered or your money refunded, but just stick with us whilst we work it out.
