Hello, today I bought an account and in the payment history it shows the previous owner bought and rk but the status is on "sent" my question is when you use a new rk does that status change from "sent" to "used"? Thanks in advance for your responses guys.

You should email Cipsoft with the Payment ID as Nimo said.
