How is it not working? Do you get an error? Do you manage to pay but your license isn't added? Does anything happen at all? Help us out here, it's hard to say what's happening with the statement that it's not working.
Are you in a country where BlueSnap is supported?
When you put your IP address into geoiptool.com, does it tell you that you are from the country you are from?

In the method payment dont appears "BlueSnap" method, so appears Paypro.
