Error report (kick)

Hey. By installing tibia 11, I got kicks in a periods every 30 minutes. While using tibia 10, I got never kicked at all. The message says as follows:

I am currently using windows 10, my ping is optimal, around 70ping in average.


Could anyone help me to solve this issue I would be very thankful.

The error is the client. These mistakes have already happened to me not using bot.

only client 11 or also windbot 11?

I got both, Tibia client 11 together with windbot 11 beta.
