    Angry Windbot Subscription Payment not Received

    Bom dia,

    Realizei o pagamento do Windbot via boleto PagSeguro semana passada, na Quinta-Feira recebi retorno do PagSeguro que o pagamento foi efetivado e o valor repassado para vocês, enviei comprovantes para os dois principais e-mails payments@... e contact@... e até hoje nenhuma resposta. Tentei abrir disputa para ver se havia algum parecer mas até o momento nada.

    I made the payment of Windbot Subscription via boleto PagSeguro last week, on Thursday I received return from PagSeguro that the payment was made and the amount passed to you, I sent vouchers to the two main payments emails payments@... and contact@... And so far no answer. I tried to open thread to see if there is any opinion but so far nothing.
