Downtime Compensation

I met it at a some forum.

Maybe it's a good idea from me?

1 day WindBot not working, 1 day+ to our accounts.

There has never been 1 day where windbot didnt work and in case that would happen (down for more than 12hrs) you would all get you wind time extended.

Have you read our ToS?

Downtime in any part of the service in lengths of any amount of time shall not constitute a refund in full nor in part of the service purchased. Instead, we will extend each active account for the downtime lenght in case of a complete and global disruption of service of at least 12 consecutive hours, such as a login server failure. We will also not offer compensation or refund for any amounts of time that you are unable to access your account due to faults in your system or network configuration.

But, Windbot has never been down for longer then 12 hours, So we have never compensated everyone.
