Freez windbot 10, unsupported windaddon tibia 11

I have got Windows 10 Pro, and actually i am using tibia 11 with windbot beta. I have got problem, when i want to used windbot addon, when I click on tibia11 its dont open. I have got massge on tibia addon "tibia is unsupported" Whant i can do to fix it?

And i have other problem with windbot 10 with tibia 10
When I want open windbot 10, my computer get freez, and one option what I can do its restart my PC.
