The best option: Get blocker, and go Drefia Grims with GFB's.
Good option: Darashia Dragon Lords / Okolnir Frost Dragons / Minotaur Plains SOUTH - with sds

Anything where you're gonna SD will be crap IMHO. Take a bunch of GFB to peg leg island, head east and you'll find a cave full of gargoyles, stone golems, and tarantulas. This also gives you a chance to gain some task points. You should comfortably pull 200k/h , but I would expect at least 300k/h manually. To get more than that you're gonna be in need of a blocker.
