No, only 1 rec key works at the time.

but that works just for recovery keys not confirmation keys.

But thats not working on confirmation keys itself, they are valid until use or until expire day (180 days), and there could be few active confirmation keys on same account same time,
so you might get hacked even few months later as long as payments history on account is not clean and there was some fresh orders
