Hello, can anyone have a action to alert if apears red msg on screen ?

Like a invasion, or msg of GM (I play OT)

Like this:
23:34 [Sistema Anti-Bot] Responda a pergunta a seguir através do comando !r ". Se não responder corretamente será banido. PERGUNTA: Quantos soul points você tem? [Exemplo de resposta: !r 60].
