Scam report on: "Tual"

So the story is as this: I was gonna buy a unregged account from a guy: Name on Windbot: Tual. / Skype name: "hertuluz.tiberium".
He wanted to have a payment of 250 TC in advance for the character and let me send the rest of the coins (750 tc) after the deal was finished. So i sended him the 250 TC, and he stopped responding... after like 15 minutes he responded and sent the acc/pass...turns out its wrong info and accused me for changing it (when i didnt even get access to the account). So now he is acting fool to make me send the rest of the money (the 750 tc).

I can send proof of the chat here whenever any admin/moderators wanna see it.
