Training botting, not cavebot

Anyone know of the best method to bot train with mad sheeps?

I'm thinking of running a macro to move automatically every 15 mins or so
not worried about magic level

Anyone has any better ideas?

Just ensure the character actions are random else it may also get kicked from inactivity or repeated actions.
