I'm looking for a Royal Paladin 700+ in open PVP or retro PVP server. It can be even 800+.

High distance and magic level skills are greatly appreciated (130+ distance, 37+ magic), but it can be less.
50% loyalty or close to it is highly valued too.
Unlocked charm runes also add up to the price I'm willing to pay.
Addons/mounts/achievements are not important.

I'm willing to spend up to 2000 USD, but if a character is really worth it, I could do more like 3k or so.
