need fast help with looting - backpacks please help!

hey i have problem, when my gold backpack is full, windbot doesnt open next free backpack. what i should to do? :(

OPEN NEXt backpack is marked...

Are you sure that u have the same colours of gold backpacks?

Also u must chose option "open next backpacks" ;p
