[Windows 7] WindBot 2.8.22 - Crashed and after select tibia 10 stop working

Wind crashed today and now I'm not able to use the program. After login and select the tibia version 10 the bot client "stop working" as windows inform and is necessary kill the service.

I'm using a Windows 7 64bits.

Already tried:
- Uninstall windbot WindBot 2.8.22
- Uninstall tibia 10
- Performed ccleaner register clean
- Reboot
- Checked my Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 versions
- Re install of tibia 10 (removed the battle eye)
- Re install of WindBot 2.8.22

Windbot runned as administrator (configured on shortcut)

And the problem still hapening.

Could someone please assist me?

You can always pause your license at WindCloud when you can't use your bot days.

About the issue itself, can you provide more info? It looks empty and at least I didn't understand what is happening exactly

I don't know what exactly generated this error. With another user (Windows Account) with new installations the issue persist and this happened after Windbot crash due a PK death.

I decided to format my computer because I also spend 5 days in troubleshooting and nothing worked.
