I assure you, he's not a scammer, just really really shit at support. I can't get hold of him at the minute, but if/as/when I can I'll direct him at this thread. Things are slowing down a lot here primarily due to the advent of BattlEye, but stick at it and eventually you should get either a refund or the license from him. Regarding stopping him from scamming again, most of his customers have relatively positive experiences. He just has a lot of customers, so a lot of the complaints surface.
