The South Deeplings for mage is really good too, but I think xp/h could be better with some simple special areas. Sometimes the character runs too far from the original spawn point while killing a monster, and then it has to walk all the way back to kill more monsters.
Don't know if I made it clear, I'll use an example:
At the part with the Deepling Guards/trapped creatures (Giant Spider, Rotworm, Deer, etc), when killing the guard that spawns close to the stairs where the character goes up, he runs from it and goes near the stairs where the character went down, so he needs to walk all the way back to the second stairs and it's a little waste of time. It happens in a lot of places.
