servercount() function on Tibia 10 (protocol 11.00)

Hello,

I would like to ask why servercount function is not implemented to Tibia 10. It's part of client since Equip Hotkey has been implemented which was around 10.75. Currently using Windbot 2.8.9 for version 11.00 (tibia10 client).
