Windbot.pl Middleman Service
MIDDLEMAN SERVICE
GENERAL RULES:
- the fee for the new recovery key (5€) is always covered by the buyer and has to be sent to the middleman before the transaction;
- before choosing WindBot.pl as your middleman, set the price and conditions of your transaction;
- during the whole transaction concerning Tibia accounts, all the parties are forbidden to log into the account;
- we also give services in middlemanship on Allegro.pl
WindBot.pl will start the service as the middleman as soon as both participating parties agree not only to the general rules but also to the following ones:
FOR REGISTERED ACCOUNTS:
- the seller is required to provide the middleman with details of the account (login, password and current recovery key);
- the buyer is required to provide the middleman with their personal data (so the middleman can order a new recovery key) and send the money to his account;
- after 30 days from the beginning of the transaction a new recovery key will be ordered directly to the buyer's address;
- after 30 days both the confirmation of the (recovery key) order and the screenshot of the account page (with visible and changed registration data) will be provided for both parties;
- after maximally next 7 days, the buyer is certain to already receive the new confirmation key so the payment can be transferred to the seller;
FOR UNREGISTERED ACCOUNTS:
- the seller is required to provide the middleman with details of the account (login and password);
- the buyer is required to send the money to the middleman's account.
After that, both the payment and the account data will be forwarded to the parties.
FOR OTHER THINGS (GPs, ITEMS, ETC...):
- the seller is required to send the item or/and gold to middleman's character in Tibia (all 61 worlds available!);
- the buyer is required to send the money to the middleman's account;
After that, both the payment and the object of the transaction will be forwarded to the parties.
This rules are not to be changed, unless all: the seller, the buyer and the middleman agree on some special conditions.
We accept following payment methods:
- Neteller
- Polish Bank Transfers (przelewy24)
- Tibia Gold
We, IN ANY CASE, do not accept PayPal payments.
As every middleman we charge a symbolic fee from every transaction (not less than 7€ or 2kk).

POŚREDNICZENIE PRZY TRANSAKCJACH
(MIDDLEMAN)[/center]
ZASADY OGÓLNE:
- przed wybraniem WindBot.pl na swojego pośrednika, strony muszą ustalić cenę i warunki transakcji;
- kupujący zawsze pokrywa koszt nowego recovery keya wynoszący 5€;
- kupujący jest zobowiązany przesłać pośrednikowi sumę potrzebną do zakupu nowego recovery keya przed rozpoczęciem transakcji;
- w trakcie trwania transakcji związanych z kontami obu stronom oraz pośrednikowi zabrania się logowania na konto.
Prócz zasad ogólnych obie strony muszą również zaakceptować następujące reguły:
DOTYCZĄCE TRANSAKCJI ZAREJESTROWANYMI KONTAMI:
- sprzedający jest zobowiązany dostarczyć pośrednikowi login, hasło oraz obecny recovery key konta;
- kupujący jest zobowiązany dostarczyć pośrednikowi swoje dane osobowe, by pośrednik mógł zamówić nowy recovery key;
- kupujący jest zobowiązany dostarczyć pośrednikowi sumę, którą zobligował się zapłacić sprzedającemu;
- po 30 dniach od rozpoczęcia transakcji na adres kupującego zostanie zamówiony nowy recovery key;
- po 30 dniach od rozpoczęcia transakcji obie strony zostaną zaopatrzone przez pośrednika w dowód zakupu recovery keya;
- po maksymalnie 7 kolejnych dniach, gdy kupujący otrzyma list zconfirmation keyem, pośrednik przekaże pieniądze sprzedającemu.
DOTYCZĄCE TRANSAKCJI NIEZAREJESTROWANYMI KONTAMI:
- sprzedający jest zobowiązany dostarczyć pośrednikowi login oraz hasło do konta;
- kupujący jest zobowiązany dostarczyć pośrednikowi sumę, którą zobligował się zapłacić sprzedającemu;
Gdy oba warunki zostaną spełnione, zapłata oraz konto zostaną przekazane odpowiednim stronom.
DOTYCZĄCE TRANSAKCJI GP, ITEMAMI, ETC.:
- sprzedający jest zobowiązany dostarczyć złoto i/lub rzecz(y) pośrednikowi (posiadamy postaci na wszystkich 61 światach!);
- kupujący jest zobowiązany dostarczyć pośrednikowi sumę, którą zobligował się zapłacić sprzedającemu;
Gdy oba warunki zostaną spełnione, zapłata oraz przedmiot(y) transakcji zostaną przekazane odpowiednim stronom.
Zasady nie podlegają zmianom, o ile wszystkie strony: sprzedający, kupujący i pośrednik zdecydują inaczej.
Akceptujemy następujące metody płatności:
- Neteller
- Przelewy z polskich banków (poprzez przelewy24)
- Złoto (GP) w Tibii
Nie akceptujemy płatności PayPalem!
Jak każdy pośrednik pobieramy niewielką opłatę z każdej transakcji (nie mniej niż 30PLN albo 2kk).
