Mentoll's middleman service!

We all know that one of most trusted members have left our community. He was doing middleman service for quite long time and now hes gone.
I will copy some of his terms, because they are most suitable for me.
What is a middleman?

A middleman is someone trusted by the community who usually holds the account of the seller and the payment of the buyer, while the registration of an account is being changed (which takes 30 days) and while a new confirmation key is being ordered+delivered.
Why would you use one?

If you want to buy an account and are not confident enough that the seller is legit, you can ask the seller if he wants to sell the account using a middleman service.
Why do I need to wait 30 days or even more?

If you want to 'own' a Tibia account you have to take two things into consideration:
You want to be the only one that has the recovery key of an account. This can be done by either buying an unregistered account that you will register (you will be given the first recovery key ever existing for that account), or you can use a confirmation key which generates a new recovery key, making the old recovery key invalid.
You want to make sure that you are the one who is able to receive a new confirmation key. This means that you have to change the registration of your account to your information,which takes 30 days.
By using a confirmation key you make sure that the old owner can't hack the account back using the recovery key. And by changing the registration of the account you make sure that he can't receive a new confirmation key on his address.
What am I offering?

I will hold the account of the seller and the payment of the buyer while the registration of the account that is being sold will be changed to the buyers information + confirmation key will be ordered.
Or incase of an account trade I will hold both accounts while the registration is being changed and confirmation keys are being ordered.

My own fee: Which is 7% of the selling price of an account, with a minimum fee of €10,- (or 3kk if ingame cash)
Fees of transfering money: Depends on the payment method.

How the trade looks like:
1. Somebody is buying registered account and want to use my service:
- I recieve the payment + my fee from buyer
- I recieve the account data and recovery key
- I change the data registration to buyers one ( 30 days)
- After 30 days, I accept the data and order new conf key
- After new conf key arrival, I send the payment to seller
2. Somebody is buying unregistered account:
- I recieve cash and fee from buyer
- I recieve the account info from seller
- I pass the account data to buyer
- I pass the money to seller
3. Somebody is worldtrading
- I get the cash from both users + my fee
- I give the gold to the customers
