FAULT Scam report @bartekssss

Hello Everyone !
Here is exactly what happened.
I bought an account from @bartekssss which cost like $17 in PayPal , The account was unregistered. I have sent to him the money to his account and he had received. He sent to me the tibia account. When I received , I changed the password and the email address of the account but i didn't register the account because I wanted to lvl it up and sell it (since unregistered accounts are more valuable than registered) . After i changed the email address and password (Note that the e-mail address will be unchanged only after 30 days) I slept. The next day when I tried to log into that account , It was saying invalid account name or password. I tried several times to login but I couldn't. Then I contacted the him for help or refund, he refused to refund the money and he claimed that he didnt change the password. I tried to open a dispute in PayPal but that didn't help.

He also blocked me in Skype, So I have no way to contact him.

Well, im not a mod but, first of all you can't proove that he take it back (since it was unregisted you can just register it / instant change all data and say you lost access to it).
Secondy unregistred voucher accounts are not comming from sky, usually this are X years old accounts that wasn't used, usually getting in pack's like 50-100 acc's from some hackers, so nobody really got email to them, just login/pass, thats why each should be registred/then using rkey email should be change instant to make it fully safe.
And since he also selling high value accounts nobody would risk rep for 17$ lol.

-So probably what happen, guy who own this account long ago probably even forget about it, since you start email change he get notification that someone start to change email adress on it, and cancel it/change pass (in case you are telling true).
-Or you simply register it, instant change email adress and want to get refund+account

Thanks @tibiastore. As i said to buyers please register accs just after You buy it. Secound thing is You selling uregistered account, same moment when You give acces to account You lost it. I cant be sure is acc been taken or this person just clame for another. I am trusted seller never had and problems soo please understand my point otherways i would have to give accounts for free everytime. Remember if You buy unregistered acc register it... I had deals for 1500usd + do anyone think it would be worth to scamme for 17?

@tibiastore @bartekssss , I have stated the reason of why i didn't register the account , It is because when you lvl up the account and sell It , It is more valuable than registered ones.

If @bartekssss can recover the account , I will close this thread otherwise he should refund my PayPal money.

@anasawad refund will not happen. Dont expect any refunds after you get acces to unregistered acc. I would like to know opinion from mod.

You have any proof that account was hacked/password changed? Without proofs we can't do nothing.

nobody giving guarantee on unregistred accounts, since right after deal you can make it fully yours and there is no way to check if you did it or not, thats why each seller telling to make them registred (to avoid such problems),
if you like to gambling and risk to bump account price higher and lost on it, why calling a casino scammer

@Dworak How can I provide you with proof, Is there is anyway to prove it to you ?
@tibiastore I changed the password and the email of the account. No-one has the access to the account except him and the password was changed after I woke up from sleep.

So you can't proof that you were thiefed by Bartekss?? Buying unregistered account is always risk like TibiaStore said, you should make RK instantly and change email because those accounts are mainly from hackers

@Dworak , As far as I know , @bartekssss was the owner of this account. So I didn't register the account because I thought that it belonged to him and he was considered as a trusted person so I trusted him. If he told me that the account belonged to hackers then I would instantly registered the account and changed the email address immediately.

You still don't have proofs. Sorry but we can't do nothing without proofs. If you will have any open new thread or PM me to reopen this.
