idea is good, but to be honest you are just looking as someone trying to make competition to Dworak service for free, and calling yourself as biggest store selling gold/accounts, but this rules looks like you have never before sell single account and don't know how it works.
First of all, yours Agreements, thats a joke right?

1) Seller adding account for sale --> Buyer choose to buy that account

2a) Seller sending required accounts informations --> to YourTibiaGold.com

2b) Buyer sending payment for account --> to YourTibiaGold.com

3) Buyer receiving account and have 45 days to change details on account, order confirmation key to change recover key

4) If account will be deleted during that time, payment will be refunded to buyer.

Example 1.
Buying from your some low RP/EK account, and start to bot it as hell to make moneymaker without risk,
-If i survive for 6 weeks, account will be paid from profit, if i end up deleted, you will refund funds right?
Question is, yours funds, or seller going to lost his account due to botting issue of new owner?

Example 2.
See that my server enemy try to sell account, buying it,
Sending few hacklinks in game, next day account stay banned/deleted, if banned then after few days repeat it and its deleted.
You are going to send me funds back right? since once its deleted you have no way to proof if its botting issue of former owner/new owner or some other way,
then seller again stay with no account/cash for it? xD

Well you can change it and there will be no refunds, going second way, you are offering accounts that are active played by former owners, selling it, after few days it will end up deleted, who is going to receive refund then?


Example3.
Since you are passing account details direct from seller to buyer (well probably going to verify if they are correct), after 30days once registration change should be confirmed, new confirmation key its getting paid on account, how you are going to solve it if was paid by former owner to recover account even few months later, or already by new owner after registration change not before,since you have no passwords then to verify it and track yourself?

Example4.
If after 2-3 months there will be chargeback for account, and there is no problem with payment from seller side, mean you are going to cover chargebacks yourself even you are not taking any fee correct?

And major issue, why funds and not getting paid direct between buyer and seller just you want to hold them for weeks?
If you are doing it for free, you are just wasting on it (transfer fees, currency exchange, currency change rate during this process, paying taxes from incomes),
making you looking like, well better not comment it, for sure its "strange" :)

Thank you for your post.
I was selling accounts like 6-8 yrs ago, I had no more time for it, you can ask about that old members which are still here from old tibiaug, tibiabot, blackd, neobot.

#example1 Im open for suggestions, might consider to changing points in agreement since its still open for it.
#example2 You wont see who selling account, you wont speak with person who selling account there, all buyers will contact only with me.
#example3 I think all account services / middlemans having same problem.
#example4 Not using payment methods which are able for chargeback, I might consider using even PayPal than all chargebacks I would cover myself.
