hello guys i just bought 27.2 Days by phone and it only says registation expired

i just ordered 27.2 Days by mobile payment but everytime i try to logg in at the windbot it only says registation exipred and the payment is correct.

i have never use winbot and when i turn it on i have information that my registration expired...
