Failed to grant a trial, new account, 1st time using windbot, please help <3

Hello guys. So I have problem. I did account and downloaded WindBot and the after entering name and password I saw only : "Registration expired! ". Whats wrong? This is my fault? I just wanted to test it, and then purchase WindBot license, because I have heard much good about it. Can you help me?

I can't also run windbot, they message was that i should be here with this problem.
I did never use windbot before.
