i havent use my trial and it say my account has expired can u help!!

Hello there! I did an account on my laptop and I can't bot on it for some reason. I know the first time it's a trial for 14 days and during my holidays on my bro's house I would like to use it, but I can't. In my laptop my windbot too didn't work :< help pls.
