Hello, i just created a new account in this website but when i try to login on bot authentication it says that my registration expired is there any way to fix it?

hello, I did register the wind bot, I am new member, plus my record is saying that already used the 14 Days!

Downloaded Windbot today and in time to get that message appeared.

"Failed to grant a 14 day trial. Please post on the support forum thread 'Trial Requests Thread' if you believe you have received this message in error."

There was a mistake. How can I solve?
