I received an error message when trying to log in. Can you look on my account pls ;/ I registered 5 min ago.. and i cant loging on bot

I never used this bot, and when i go to test the bot say "Registration expired" what happened ?

I did not get the trial, could be becouse i have the same ip as my roommate next door. If you want proof i could send it to you!

i just created a new account in this website but when i try to login on bot authentication it says that my registration expired is there any way to fix it?
