just sign up and the received message sent me to come here ... How can I do to get the 14 days ?

I created the account on the website , and the following message appeared : granting trial failed , please post here and I will check what happened , please could put the Tryal for me , i use ibot and really wanted to see if it worth using windbot , it is killing my days of ibot and start using windbot .
