As @teganig said, nfoservers.com. But with WindAddons if you can leave your PC on you don't even need a VPS :p

I don't run it longer than 2-3h, but I'll run it on a n-pvp server so it can be a longer run.

1~2hours a day. sometimes doing 700k/h

The profti/h is actually 35.5k/h but my bot stuck after server save and I only saw that after 2 and a half hours, so:

anyway, I guess that now that I have better fishing skill if I reset that Hud I can probably manage to get 40k/h or more.

Well, I did an update on Demon Forge on all vocations. On my RP I couldn't bot there, since on his server I don't have full dominado, but on my ED I do, and ran it for a few hours. Don't check the profit/h, because the character spent at least 12h offline in this time.
