Also just a question(maybe a suggestion), any news about the "Gold Pouch Bug" in the windbot 11? your guys gonna make it work?

I believe this is very low on our list of priorities, as it isn't really that useful and very few people have it, but since it's such a simple change it should find some space in a future release.

If it doesnt show your characters you are using a different client.

Ok, so after some days looking around WindBot i bought licence (30 days) today and after 6h still done NULL 0.

I have Tibia 11 and WindBot 2.8.7 - How long i need to w8 for update or some stuff like that ? i wasted my morning for this

-Working on it.
-Will be released soon.
-Working on latest details.
-Testing some final features.

Just dont lie and say: I will release when I can... Not saying: Ill try at the end of this week... and keep us misinformed.

I know you work hard, I know people will put sh*t on me etc etc, but at the end of the day this is a job for you.

Is like software that recomend you to use old JAVA versions.. why? I want newest for others software to work or in this case just because I want to play on new client.

This is a bot, for an MMORPG. There are very few "security flaws" as it is a significantly smaller product than, for instance, Java. The vast majority of people are actually very reluctant to upgrade to new versions of software because it often breaks backwards compatibility. It is only thanks to the huge effort that's gone into WindBot that you would actually trust to use a new version upon release.

Finally, I'll say this. We have never lied, and we continue to try our best - we never promised a delivery date because we never knew we could keep to it. We are happy to take criticism where it is appropriate, but we are not happy to be insulted for things so insignificant when what we are trying to prevent is effectively a major catastrophe. There will still be bugs in the final release, and you should be aware of this before you eventually use it, but we are working to provide the most stable product we can with the functionality and quality you've come to expect. The journey will be difficult, but I can assure you this is the place where it will go most smoothly of all.

There is one other thing which we really need to consider. If we release the new version tomorrow. Let's say 12/11/16. What happens when 60% of players switch to using the new client on the same day? What do CIP learn from this, and what happens to all your accounts? I can tell you now the answer is that they see that the biggest bot on the market was updated, and they delete everyone. I'm not saying that they will, but there is a high probability that they will start to watch all of us and pick us off over the coming weeks. There are ways to work around this, most of which involve a gradual release over the course of a week or 2. We are not only having to deal with the complexities of a new client, but also we have to plan to avoid the potential negative impact to our customers.

Ah dang it, I should've read more into which version it supported before paying.
Now I have 30 days which I can't use because "client version" doesn't show up when I start the bot.
Any ideas how to fix this or did I just throw away 8 bucks? :) Would've loved to try this out.

Use the old client, it's still available on tibia website. When it asks you to upgrade on login, click cancel.

Why dont you update so that we can pay our windbot days and scripts with cryptocurrency for example: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin. It would be so much easier and faster.

Of those cryptocurrencies, the only one with any sort of history is BTC. It has the most unstable history of all mainstream currencies. If we were to accept it we would need live currency conversion, systems to automatically convert BTC into "real" currency, and a whole lot of patience to deal with the issues that arise.

True that but the most stable currency is Dogecoins But you should give the script sellers an option maybe they want cryptocurrency maybe not. It would be fun to let the members vote and find out the results maybe it would be awesome in the future to use this kind of payment.

If script sellers want to accept it they are more than welcome to - I don't believe we have anything in place to stop that. If you genuinely think there's a demand for it, I'd encourage you to look into setting up as a reseller... If you're right, you could start making some decent cash from it :D
