Cabei de instalar o bot pra testar pelo free trial, quando fui logar, iniciaalmente me redirecionou pra cá, na segunda tentativa deu Registry Expired. Como proceder?

Prezados, não recebi os dias de trial, deu failed na hora que fui tentar ativar, tinha acabado de criar a conta, até criei outra pra tentar novamente, e nada.
Nunca utilizei wind, apenas ng, elf e mage em um passado muito distante(2009)
Por favor, verifique minha conta, fiz o pagamento via cartão de crédito e ainda nao estou liberado pra usar o WindBot sem contar que nao ganhei os 14 dias de free, primeira vez que uso o bot.
