i dont recive my free trial

Querido, infelizmente estou tendo o desconforto de nenhuma resposta sua ou de sua equipe. Acredito que isso seja um início com o pé esquerdo, que pode ser resolvido.

Voltei a jogar após 5 anos, e em busca de um bot, estou em dúvidas dentre seu e o xênon, tenho dado a prioridade até então ao seu programa, em virtude de ter um amplo suporte, é uma quantidade maior de scripts.

De início notei que existe a possibilidade de um trial, mas pelos fatos, não está disponível. Logo, aconselho você a remover a propaganda de dias de teste, para que não haja nenhuma iniciação de propaganda enganosa, ou emita um comunicado de que esse processo está em manutenção e logo tornará.

Preciso ao mínimo de uma resposta para que eu possa realizar minhas escolhas, bem como os demais.

The same happened with me, it's my first time on this bot and I wanna my 14 days trial. In the future if it works I'll pay for it. So make sure that you'll help me.:mad::mad::mad:

It's not the IP it's the hardware ID, and when you logged in to the bot you were informed by a handy dialogue that you would not be able to change your HWID again for another 7 days. We only ever manually reset HWID if it is our fault that it has changed (e.g a major software bug). As that is not the case, we won't be resetting your ID. Please be patient and in future try to be more observant of such dialogues.

Just login on the bot with your forum account and password and your trial will begin instantly.

How long does it take to get my trial activated?
The trial is given automatically, but in some cases it wouldn't work, even if the person had never used it before (that could happen for many reasons and I won't get in details).
At first I was checking the failed trials manually and adding it for those who didn't get it.

But at some point it got out of control: we were getting tons of new requests every day, and only 10% of those requests were legit (meaning the other 90% was only trying to abuse the system).
So I stopped checking it manually and you will only get it if the system works.


I lost my trial days because I tried to use it on my other computer. What happened?!
You will lose your trial days if your Hardware ID change. So make sure you don't make any changes on your computer hardware while you are on trial.


Can I try WindBot on my VPS?
No. You must purchase a WindBot License if you want to use it on a VPS.


I didn't use my trial days, and I just purchased WindBot. Am I going to receive extra days?
Unfortunately, no. The Trial System works separately from the License System, so they can't be summed up.
If you still have trial days you should wait for it to end before purchasing a license.
